Return & Warranty
We put great care to each product we shipped and each product are carefully checked, examined and passed our quality standards before we ship to our customers. If unfortunate event happened during shipping that might cause an issue with the quality of our watches we offer 3 Days Return Policy for Philippines and 15 Days Return Policy for other country from the time our customers received the item please see below for more info.

We have 3 or 15 Days Return Policy which means you have 3 or 15 days after receiving your item to request a return if there's an issue with the quality of the watch upon receiving and we will process an exchange on the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Kindly send us an email to email@example.com with the subject "Return : Name of the Customer : Date Received" together with the photo of the defect/issue and the receipt of the payment and we will send you instructions on how to return the item.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately we cannot process a Refund or if the reason is "Change of Mind" we can only process Return/Replacement for the defective product. After 3 or 15 Days Return Policy is over hence 1 Year Warranty Policy will eventually apply.

1 Year Warranty Policy (Parts & Services)
After the 3 or 15 Days Return Policy is over 1 Year Warranty policy will eventually apply. We are confident with the Quality of the products we are selling therefor we are giving 1 year warranty policy or within 12 months warranty period.
The warranty covers parts and services and is subject to approval provided that the item is not tampered or forcedly opened please see below some examples.
- Tampered or forcedly opened.
- Unauthorized repair will void the warranty.
- Exposure to extreme heat/ water submersion or any environmental factors that may cause damage to the product.
- Intentional actions to damage/ deform the product.
To initiate the return of the product within the 1 year warranty period please ensure you keep the warranty card and the receipt of your payment and send us an email at email@example.com with subject "Warranty: Name of the Customer : Date of Purchased" together with the screenshot of the Warranty Card and the Receipt of your Payment and we will send you instructions on how to return the item.
Shipping Fee will be covered by customer, we would like to inform the customer to send us an early notice of at least 1 month before the warranty ends or as soon as possible so we can arrange the repair of the product. Please expect a 2 weeks time for the repair.
